2. Right of withdrawal and return
You are entitled to countermand your order within 14 days after delivery without specification of reasons. The retraction has to be effected in writing within 14 days after delivery. To adhere to the time limit, a forwarding of the retraction in time is sufficient. In case of written declaration of withdrawal, the merchandise has to be returned also within time limit.
